MEET LEROY MSIKA
Leroy Msika has worked in the mental health sector for over a decade. He is passionate about ensuring quality care and facilitating an excellent experience for every APN client.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
In the past, Leroy oversaw acute adult and young people’s services and was the acting service manager for an acquired brain injury unit. Under Leroy’s management, his previous workplaces achieved a ‘Good’ CQC rating, mental health act compliance, BILD Act Accreditation, and a reduction of restrictive interventions and practices.
