Meet Dr. Jon Goldin
Dr. Jon Goldin is a Consultant Psychiatrist with 30 years of experience working in the NHS. He is the College Lead on Parliamentary Engagement at the Royal College of Psychiatrists and has extensive experience in the independent sector.
Jon has a long-standing interest in leadership and group dynamics and has worked regularly as a consultant on leadership programs at different business schools over two decades. He works as an executive coach in the private sector in the UK and beyond, consulting with staff groups in various areas, including mental health, social services, teaching, and the prison service.
Jon has broad experience working as a group and individual psychotherapist and has also worked regularly as a consultant on group relations programs at the Tavistock Clinic, London. He was awarded the RCPsych Communicator of the Year award 2022 and has published work in multiple journals, including the British Medical Journal, The Lancet, Clinical Child Psychology and Psychiatry, Hospital Doctor, and Psychiatric Bulletin.
Jon enjoys working with senior leaders and utilising his psychological and behavioral experience in this sector.
