David Hooper is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about helping individuals overcome addictions and achieve long-term recovery. His approach to therapy is integrative, client-centered, and evidence-based, using approaches including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, and interpersonal group process.
David has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. He is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
David enjoys long-distance cycling, sewing, and spending time with his family in his free time.
