Meet Vickye Key
Vickye Key is a Community Relations Representative at All Points North with decades of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and recovery support. She is highly skilled in navigating complex cases and helping individuals and families identify the most appropriate treatment and recovery options across the continuum of care.
Vickye works closely with treatment programs and professionals nationwide, leveraging her extensive network to connect clients with effective, available resources. She is known for her ability to assess nuanced situations – including co-occurring mental health, substance use, physical health concerns, and eating disorders – and guide families toward meaningful solutions with clarity and compassion.
Background and Education
With over 17 years of professional experience supporting families across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, throughout Texas, and nationwide, Vickye brings both clinical knowledge and lived experience to her work. She has 27 years of personal recovery experience, which informs her direct, honest, and empathetic approach when supporting clients and their loved ones.
Vickye holds a Texas Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) credential and an Advanced Drug Counselor Certification (ADC). She has been an active member of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals since 2008, including serving as President of the Fort Worth Chapter from 2015 to 2018.
Her expertise spans all levels of care, including detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. She is deeply committed to helping families navigate moments of crisis – understanding that the first call for help can be the most difficult, but also the first step toward healing.
A Fort Worth native, Vickye has also lived in New Jersey and Louisiana before returning home to Texas. She has been married to her husband for 28 years and is a proud grandmother of six. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
