Meet Leana Gadbois-Sills

Leana Gadbois-Sills entered the behavioral health industry after graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She began her career 30 years ago in research with the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She later moved to Los Angeles, California, to work with Matrix Institute, among UCLA’s top addiction researchers, and for private outpatient treatment centers throughout southern California.

After relocating back to Houston, Texas, Leana continued her compliance work with TRS Behavioral Care in Houston. Throughout her tenure, TRS grew to twenty locations in three states, providing detoxification and outpatient services.

In 2012, Leana ventured out as a behavioral health consultant and developed a web-based outcomes data program. In 2015, she was given the opportunity to co-develop an electric medical record program as the VP of Operations for Lightning Step Technologies. Her consulting work continued to flourish throughout the years, and she decided to focus solely on her business from 2018 until she joined All Points North in 2023 as the Director of Compliance for all six locations in the US.

Leana lives north of Houston with her husband and enjoys swimming, cycling, and painting.
