Meet Samantha Sasaoka
Samantha Sasaoka joined APN DFW in 2023 as the Director of Integrative Case Management after building extensive experience working in various behavioral healthcare settings, including residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and acute psychiatric stabilization. In 2025, she became the Executive Clinical Operations Coordinator.
Samantha is passionate about serving those facing mental health and substance use challenges. She advocates for integrated healthcare solutions that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that individuals receive the support and resources they require to thrive.
Background and Education
Samantha completed her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, majoring in Psychology. After becoming a chemical dependency counselor, she went on to complete an MSW and MBA dual-degree program at the University of Denver, becoming a licensed social worker. Sam plans to use her expertise to drive initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, promote wellness, and foster a culture of empathy and understanding within the healthcare community.
