Meet Ros Wilson

Ros Wilson is a Clinical Assessment Coordinator at All Points North, serving remotely from Colorado Springs. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, Texas, and Arizona, Ros brings an international perspective and extensive clinical experience to her work supporting individuals through the admissions and assessment process.

As the first clinical point of contact for many clients, Ros is known for her empathetic, grounded approach – helping individuals and families feel supported, informed, and confident as they take the first steps toward care. Her work is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based philosophy that honors each individual’s unique story and path to healing.

Background and Education

Originally from the United Kingdom, Ros practiced as a social worker overseas for 14 years before moving to the United States in 2022. Her experience includes working with children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma and neglect, as well as assessing and supporting foster families and adoptive caregivers.

Ros specializes in working with athletes and plays a key role in APN’s athlete programming. She facilitates the Athlete Track Intensive Outpatient Program and founded the APN Athlete Mentoring Program, launched in 2026. Drawing from both her clinical expertise and lived experience as an elite athlete, Ros brings a unique and authentic perspective to supporting performance-driven individuals navigating mental health and life transitions.

A former international competitor for Team Great Britain in kickboxing, Ros also worked in athlete care at the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics. She is an active member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sport and regularly delivers training on the importance of athlete mental health.

Outside of work, Ros enjoys staying active, watching sports, and spending time outdoors in the Colorado sunshine with her dog. She is passionate about integrating movement, mental health, and community – both in her professional work and everyday life.
