Meet Courtney Messina

Courtney Messina, MA, LPC-S, LCDC, is a Community Relations Representative at All Points North, bringing extensive experience in clinical leadership, behavioral health services, and strategic outreach. Prior to stepping into her current role, Courtney served as Senior Director for Outpatient Clinical Operations, where she helped guide clinical strategy and operational excellence across outpatient services.

Courtney is deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships within the behavioral health community and connecting individuals and families to life-changing care. She is particularly dedicated to supporting athletes and high-performing professionals navigating mental health and substance use challenges, and she brings a collaborative, relationship-driven approach to expanding access to quality treatment and recovery resources.

Background and Education

After earning a BA in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler, Courtney served as the Director of Clinical Services for Greenhouse Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment Centers in Grand Prairie and Arlington, Texas. In this role, Courtney oversaw over 40 clinical personnel, ensuring the delivery of top-tier services and patient satisfaction. She adeptly managed a census of 100+ clients at each location, achieving high staff retention and showcasing expertise in program development.

Beyond her pursuits at All Points North, Courtney is very passionate about working with the Athlete population. She is a visiting senior therapist for the Athletics Department at Texas Christian University and is also listed in The Collegiate Clinical/Counseling Sports Psychology Association Directory. Courtney’s professional journey encompasses a commitment to individuals facing co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, including counseling within the criminal justice system. Noteworthy achievements include the remarkable growth of program enrollment and operations in prior leadership capacities, credited to Courtney’s strategic operations management and community outreach approach.

Courtney’s accomplishments extend to the initiation of innovative telemedicine programs and the expansion of referral sources. As a dedicated Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council member, Courtney continues to contribute significantly to her profession.

Courtney has been featured in several media outlets, including Treatment Magazine, the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Learning Network, The Dallas Morning News, The Athlete Mindset Podcast, and Genesis the Podcast.

Courtney is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling, spending time with her English bulldog, Gus, and working out.
