Meet Anthony Bond

Anthony Bond is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at All Points North, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership across private equity-backed and traditional multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations. With a career built at the intersection of finance and mission-driven healthcare, Anthony leads APN’s financial strategy, operational performance, and growth planning with precision and integrity.

Anthony’s experience spans a wide range of medical specialties, including behavioral health, urology, nephrology, and eating disorder treatment, demonstrating his adaptability and depth in managing the complex financial demands of clinical operations. He has held CFO roles in several leading organizations, including CleanSlate Centers, a 75+ location behavioral health network, where he oversaw finance operations.

Anthony lives in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. He and his wife share a blended family of six children, four of whom live nearby, along with their two grandchildren. When he’s not managing financial strategy, Anthony enjoys life at his lake house, playing guitar, and traveling – most recently to Iceland. His balance of financial discipline and family-centered living reflects the values he brings to both his personal and professional life.
