About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how All Points North uses cookies and similar technologies on apn.com, which optional services are enabled, and how you can change your choices. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. It is not a replacement for those notices or an authorization to disclose medical information.
What cookies and pixels do
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage and pixels, which make requests to a service provider. A pixel can transmit information even if it does not set a cookie. Providers receiving a request can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Your choices
Our consent controls do not start the optional analytics, advertising, number-rotation and source-attribution integrations described below until you accept their required categories. Choose Accept optional cookies to allow the available optional categories, Reject optional cookies to leave them off, or use Privacy preferences to select categories and save your choices. Leaving the banner unanswered does not enable these integrations.
You can reopen Cookie Preferences in the footer at any time. Withdrawing a category stops further activation of its tracking integration and removes accessible, known optional cookies where technically possible. It cannot undo information already sent, remove every third-party cookie, or cancel every request already in progress. Your saved choice applies to this browser and this website, not automatically to every device or other website.
When this website detects a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, advertising remains disabled. Global Privacy Control and the older Do Not Track setting are different mechanisms. You can also manage cookies through your browser; deleting the consent cookie may cause the banner to appear again.
Cookies and services we use
Website operation and saved preferences
Pressidium Cookie Consent stores your category choices, the consent revision and choice dates in your browser. The website also uses header-display cookies. Hosting security, administrator login and embedded forms may use their own cookies or technical requests independently of optional analytics and advertising. Rejecting optional cookies does not mean that no information reaches the hosting or form providers.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4
After Analytics consent, GA4 is enabled only on Home, About overview, Locations overview, Mission & Values, Accreditations and News & Press. This implementation sends limited page information and is configured to measure how far visitors scroll. It does not send form-field values or deliberately forward the original query string or referring-page URL. Google advertising features are disabled in this integration. Browser identifiers used for analytics are not anonymous data.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Advertising: Viant
After Advertising consent, a Viant pixel integration is enabled on the homepage only. Its purpose is advertising measurement and audience-related measurement. Viant can receive device and network information when a request reaches its service. The integration runs in a restricted embedded context; delivery, cookie behaviour and reporting have not been fully verified. No specific Viant cookie names or retention periods are asserted in the table below.
Read Viant’s privacy information and choices.
Advertising: CallTrackingMetrics number rotation
After Advertising consent, CallTrackingMetrics can replace telephone numbers on Home, About, Locations overview, Mission & Values, Accreditations and News & Press to help attribute calls. It is not enabled on other pages, on addresses containing query parameters or fragments, or when the referring address falls outside the permitted scope. When it is not enabled, the existing fixed numbers remain. CTM may receive IP addresses, browser identifiers and page and referring addresses. Its current browser-cookie setting is up to 30 days. Withdrawing Advertising consent after rotation starts reloads the page to stop the integration and may clear unfinished form entries. These controls do not reverse information already sent to CTM. See CTM’s Privacy Policy.
Not enabled here
The ChatGPT Pixel, Google Ads conversion and enhanced-conversion tags, Conversion Linker, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, VWO, ActiveCampaign/Diffuser behavioural tracking, The Trade Desk, retired LiveChat tracking and the full legacy Google Tag Manager container are not enabled by accepting cookies through these controls. Operational enquiry and newsletter forms are separate from behavioural tracking. No advertising form-submission event has been added by this implementation. The Preferences category currently has no separately enabled optional provider.
Configured cookie table
This table is generated from the consent plugin’s configured inventory. It is not an automatic scan or an exhaustive list of hosting, login, embedded-form or third-party storage. The listed durations describe browser storage settings, not how long a provider retains information it has already received. Browser restrictions may shorten these durations.

No optional-preference provider is currently enabled. A pixel can send information without creating a listed cookie; see the Viant disclosure above.
Forms and other websites
This website embeds Jotform and Typeform independently of the optional tracking categories. Form and security requests can therefore occur before optional consent. Information you choose to submit is handled through the form service and APN’s processes, separately from optional advertising pixels. Additional campaign and source information is supplied only after both Analytics and Advertising consent, as described below. See Jotform’s Privacy Policy and Typeform’s Privacy Policy. Links to external services take you to sites with their own privacy controls.
Questions and changes
For questions about privacy or your rights, use the contact information in APN’s Privacy Policy. Cookie Preferences controls optional tracking on this browser; it is not a request to delete information already held by APN or its providers. This notice should be reviewed when providers, purposes or tracking settings change.
When you accept both Analytics and Advertising cookies, our original attribution script stores UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content values, full landing-page and referring-page addresses, and an available Google Analytics client identifier. Its attribution cookies last up to 90 days. Session storage remembers landing and referring addresses for the current browser session. This information is made available to existing form and call-attribution integrations to help identify enquiry sources. This does not enable every advertising provider. Rejecting either category prevents this script from running. Withdrawing either category clears its accessible attribution storage and reloads the page to stop the script; unfinished form entries may be lost. Earlier visits before acceptance may not be recoverable.
After both Analytics and Advertising are accepted, verified Jotform enquiry forms can receive the stored first and current-session landing and referring addresses, the current page address and an available Google client identifier. Full page addresses may include campaign parameters. These values are sent to Jotform when the form is loaded with attribution, before you submit it. This connection does not read the answers you type into the form or send them to advertising pixels. If you have already interacted with a form, we leave it alone rather than reload it to add source information. Source information may therefore be missing from some enquiries. Submitting an enquiry and its onward processing are covered by our Privacy Policy.
After both Analytics and Advertising are accepted, the contact-page Typeform can receive the five stored UTM campaign values, the first and current-session landing and referring addresses, the current page address and an available Google client identifier. These source details are supplied when the attributed form loads, before submission. We do not replace a form that you have already interacted with to add this information. This attribution connection does not send your form answers to advertising pixels.
