Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a specialized treatment program at All Points North different from standard rehab?

Most standard programs use the same approach for everyone. At All Points North, we understand that your job and life situation are important parts of your recovery.

We offer specialized tracks for executives, Veterans, healthcare workers, and more. These programs include a focused curriculum, support from peers with similar backgrounds, and clinicians who understand your work stress. Working with people who truly understand your situation is one reason we are ranked in the top 5% nationally for client outcomes.

Can I maintain my professional responsibilities while in the executive treatment program?

Yes. We understand that leaders often have responsibilities they cannot fully step away from. Unlike traditional programs that require you to disconnect from technology, our Executive track lets you stay on top of important work tasks with clinical supervision. You will have a private, confidential space and the tools you need to manage your work while getting support for burnout and long-term performance.

How does All Points North support Veterans, and is the care covered by insurance?

All Points North is a TriWest-approved in-network provider, so many Veterans can receive our residential and outpatient care with full or partial coverage. Our Veterans track is designed to help with service-related wounds like PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and moral injury. We are also COMPACT Act eligible, so Veterans in a suicidal crisis can get immediate, life-saving care without worrying about cost.

Why is there a specific track for medical professionals and first responders?

Healthcare workers and first responders face unique job-related trauma and high levels of compassion fatigue. They need care from people who understand these challenges. Our program is FSPHP-ETA™ accredited, which means we meet top national standards for treating doctors, nurses, and EMS professionals.

These peer-led groups provide a safe and supportive place to talk about stress from difficult incidents and moral injury with others who understand the unique stigma of these demanding jobs.

Does APN offer specialized support for athletes and students?

Yes, we do. Elite athletes often face identity changes and injuries like concussions or TBI. Students deal with performance anxiety and social pressure. We have helped over 150 professional athletes and offer advanced treatments including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and Deep TMS for concussion recovery. For students, we help them return to school and manage stress for a safe and successful campus life.

How do I know which specialized program is the right fit for me?

The process begins with a free and confidential conversation with an APN admission specialist. We will learn about your story, job background, and clinical needs. Then we do a full behavioral health assessment to find out which specialized track best fits your history and recovery goals.
