Brandon Bradford is a 9x Trainer and Client Support Associate at APN Dallas-Fort Worth, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Instructor, and Certified Nutrition Specialist. Brandon specializes in strength training, muscle building, fat loss, and mobility improvement, helping clients build both physical resilience and long-term healthy habits. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and performance training, he designs personalized fitness programs that support clients in achieving sustainable results and improving overall well-being.
Background and Experience
Brandon’s background includes two years playing college football at Missouri Valley College, where he developed a deep appreciation for performance training and athletic development. He has also had the opportunity to work with athletes preparing for NFL Pro Day, providing stretching, soft-tissue work, and performance programming to optimize their readiness and recovery.
In addition to working with elite athletes, Brandon has trained baseball players, swimmers, and other high-performing individuals, as well as everyday clients seeking to improve their strength, mobility, and overall fitness. His ability to tailor training programs to each individual allows him to meet clients where they are and help them perform at their best.
At APN, Brandon leads 9x training classes, provides one-on-one personal training sessions, and facilitates two fitness groups each week for clients in Residential Treatment (RTC) and the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). He also supports the broader clinical team by working as a Client Support Associate, helping provide additional support to clients at APN DFW.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, and staying active through his own training. What he loves most about his role at APN is the opportunity to help people grow both physically and mentally. Brandon believes that health is wealth and is passionate about helping others build confidence, develop a healthy mindset, and create positive outlets through fitness that lead to lasting change.
