Arthur Palochak serves as the President of All Points North, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare operations, marketing, and business development. With a proven track record of executive leadership, Arthur is committed to advancing APN’s mission of delivering world-class treatment for mental health, trauma, and addiction.

Prior to joining APN, Arthur served as Chief Operations Officer at Fort Behavioral Health, where he played a key role in optimizing clinical operations and client care. His background also includes national leadership roles as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Marketing and Referral Relations for behavioral health organizations across Texas and New Mexico. Arthur’s holistic view of care delivery is shaped by his hands-on experience across multiple levels of behavioral health services.

For Arthur, treatment is more than a profession – it’s a calling. He is deeply inspired by APN clients, their resilience, and their ability to change their lives, no matter their starting point or initial readiness for recovery. His leadership is rooted in compassion, integrity, and a steadfast belief in the power of transformative care.

Arthur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has built his career in behavioral healthcare with client-centered service at the forefront of operations and strategic growth efforts. He has led teams across a variety of treatment settings and is known for fostering collaboration and excellence throughout organizations. Outside of work, Arthur enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and exploring the outdoors.
