Meet Lee Fox
Motivated by her own personal journey and over a decade of professional experience, Lee Fox supports individuals and families facing substance use and mental health challenges as a Community Relations Representative at All Points North. After a successful early career in global marketing communications, Lee transitioned her focus to behavioral health and recovery. She has spent the last decade helping others find access to compassionate, transformative care.
As a nationally certified peer specialist and certified trauma-responsive care professional, Lee is passionate about empowering individuals on the path to recovery, sobriety, and wellness. Her deep knowledge of community-based services includes extensive experience with problem-solving courts, intensive outpatient programs, DCS, homeless outreach, assertive outpatient treatment, hospital bridge, diversion, faith-based recovery models, and residential treatment. Whether navigating complex systems or connecting people with life-saving resources, Lee’s mission is rooted in advocacy, empathy, and lived experience.
Background and Education
Lee earned her B.A. in Sociology and French from Indiana University and her Master’s in International Communication and International Relations from Boston University. She continues to elevate access to recovery services through her work at APN, advocacy efforts, and community outreach.
Lee’s leadership experience includes serving as a Citizens Against Substance Abuse (CASA) board member, chairing Procter & Gamble’s International Transferee organization, and co-founding the Faith Response Network. The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce honored her with the 2020 Women of Distinction Award for her contributions to the Cincinnati Tri-State region. Currently, Lee serves as a Commissioner for the State of Florida’s Commission on Mental Health and Substance Use, where she continues to champion better systems of care statewide.
Outside of work, Lee is an accomplished long-distance runner, an Abbott World Marathon Majors 6 Star Medalist, an avid fly-fisher, and a devoted dog lover. She is married with three children.
