Colorado-based Treatment Center Will Offer Withdrawal Management, Medical Detox, and Professional Assessments
LOS ANGELES, December 16, 2021 – All Points North Lodge (APN Lodge), the Colorado-based behavioral health and personal development provider, is proud to announce the opening of two new centers offering additional service lines, expanding its continuum of care in the greater Denver area and beyond.
According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, more than 14 million American adults suffer from alcohol abuse disorder, a problem that was exacerbated over the past 20 months due to the pandemic. To meet the growing need for treatment in Denver and around the country, the APN Detox & Assessment Center, located in Aurora, Co., will offer professional behavioral health evaluations, withdrawal management, and medical detox.
The APN Detox & Assessment Center will be managed by the new Program Director, Alex Coreth, MA, LPC. She holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University, has 12 years of healthcare experience with nine years in management, and previously built a thriving outpatient program as the Clinical Director of a substance use facility in Boston, making her an invaluable addition to the APN team and an asset to the Denver recovery community.
The Denver location will also house an APN Concussion & Depression Center to provide Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) for medication-resistant major depression, treatment-resistant OCD, and smoking cessation treatment. The CDC, along with APN’s own third-party research, acknowledges that depression disorders also increased dramatically during the pandemic.
The two new centers provide an additional touchpoint, an opportunity for stronger assessment, more treatment options, and a comprehensive behavioral healthcare continuum for higher levels of success and treatment continuity, allowing APN control and quality oversight over the entire treatment plan.
