The ACORN Collaboration is a nationally respected outcomes measurement platform that tracks behavioral health progress across thousands of treatment centers and clinicians.
ACORN’s approach is twofold:

Client Improvement Tracking: Clients complete brief, research-backed self-assessments throughout their treatment journey, providing real-time insight into psychological well-being and distress.

Clinician Effectiveness Monitoring: Clinicians receive regular feedback to continually refine their care, driving accountability and improving results across the board.

APN Lodge ACORN Outcomes
Since joining ACORN in November 2020, APN has consistently achieved effect sizes that far exceed the national average. Across all tracked cases, APN’s outcomes fall well into the “highly effective” range year after year.
Over 80% of clients show meaningful progress each year.
Fewer than 10–15% report any regression – clients completing at least two assessments are included in all calculations for accuracy and consistency

An effect size of 0.8 is considered highly effective. APN’s outcomes consistently double that benchmark.

APN offers drug and alcohol detox outside Denver, Colorado, and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Residential treatment and partial hospitalization programs happen at All Points North Lodge in Edwards, Colorado, and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Virtual intensive outpatient programs, 1-on-1 therapy and psychiatry, and support groups are available through the APN Connection app. You can find integrative psychiatry and neurotechnology at our Plus by APN locations.
