CONVENIENT, EXCEPTIONAL CARE WITHOnline Intensive Outpatient Programs
The APN Intensive Outpatient Program is a virtual IOP-level program for individuals who have experienced substance dependence, mental health challenges, overwhelming stress, and emotional dysregulation. The intensive groups and individual therapy in this program are tailored to those who are able to participate in life but often find themselves struggling with repetitive thought patterns and dysfunctional habits.
Clients participate in 3-hour sessions, three days per week, while continuing to engage in work, school, and daily life. Treatment focuses on building stability, resilience, and practical skills for lasting change. Weekly individual therapy (one hour) is offered as part of care. We offer three primary tracks for our IOP Cohorts.
The result is an integrative IOP designed to guide clients through processing the past and learning how to move forward with tangible skills and tools.
