Meet Andi Stapleton

Andi Stapleton has been a psychotherapist and executive coach for over 15 years. She has presented on burnout, imposter syndrome, and corporate stress for UK and international companies, including major EU agencies, high-profile law firms, and investment banks.

As a qualified mindfulness and fitness instructor, Andi takes a whole-person approach to her clients and provides resourceful, time-effective strategies that support mental well-being and emotional resilience. She believes in her clients’ unique resourcefulness, their ability to adapt to challenges, and their potential to become the best version of themselves. Andi incorporates a team mentality, working with each client individually and at their pace for achievable, sustainable outcomes.

Background and Education

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Andi worked for over ten years in international strategic project management for high-profile sporting events, leading complex operations for the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Paralympics and other international sporting tournaments.

Andi transitioned from life as a corporate executive and started her work as a psychotherapist at The Priory Hospital in North London. Since then, Andi has worked for over ten years in private practice, supporting clients with crisis management, burnout, preservation of mental health, relationships, identity, anxiety, stress management, wellness, and fostering individual growth to develop psychological stability.

Andi is a qualified executive coach and has master’s degrees in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Business Psychology. She is a qualified mindfulness teacher and has been running mindfulness workshops within the corporate sector and for individuals for over six years.

Andi teaches spinning and meditation in her free time and is passionate about traveling and hiking. She has a keen interest in Buddhism and its applications for mental health.
