Felicia exudes positivity and is happy to be able to bring all of her skills to a team that is diligently working to help people grow and progress.<\/p>\n<h3>Education and Background<\/h3>\n<p>Felicia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender\/Women\u2019s Studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She also minored in Public Administration. She later earned a Graduate Certificate in Business and Strategic Communications with a concentration in Conflict Resolution from La Salle University in Philadelphia. Felicia began her healthcare work with the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging. She has excelled in a variety of positions over the years including Psychiatric Rehabilitation Case Manager, Admissions Coordinator, Department Supervisor, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Felicia is a cat-mom to Marlo and Maddox.
