Meet Felicia Harding

With over 15 years of healthcare experience, Felicia Harding is a crucial member of the team at APN’s Contact Center as the Insurance Verification Specialist. Felicia exudes positivity and is happy to be able to bring all of her skills to a team that is diligently working to help people grow and progress.

Education and Background

Felicia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender/Women’s Studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She also minored in Public Administration. She later earned a Graduate Certificate in Business and Strategic Communications with a concentration in Conflict Resolution from La Salle University in Philadelphia. Felicia began her healthcare work with the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging. She has excelled in a variety of positions over the years including Psychiatric Rehabilitation Case Manager, Admissions Coordinator, Department Supervisor, and more.

Outside of work, Felicia is a cat-mom to Marlo and Maddox. She enjoys cooking, eating, writing, vacationing, and spending time with the people she loves.
